Bill and Mary Beth moved to Ames, Iowa from Utah in 2004.  Grains of Wisdom developed from necessity - finding sufficient work to fit a school schedule wasn't feasible so we started to sell bread!

Grains of Wisdom is family owned and operated, involving everyone from Grandma to the youngest taste tester of 3 years!
